When a call is placed into dispatch a notice will show at the top of pearl.
If there are no outstanding dispatches then it will read "No Dispatches"
To enter the dispatch queue you will need to click where it says "1 Outstanding Dispatch"
This will load the dispatch queue which will display all dispatches, including calls that are not due yet.
At the top of the page is a summary box, this will list the names of clients who currently have calls in the dispatch queue, it will display a few basic details from the call. If there is more than one call for the client it will tell you how many there are.
If a call has been put into the dispatch queue that needs to be dealt with urgently this will show at the top with a warning triangle next to it under the heading Overdue Priority Calls.
Calls that are currently due for action will show in Pink. Calls that are not currently due will show in yellow
You can also see how long a call has been outstanding. And how much time has passed since the call was taken.
If a call has been passed and is waiting for a follow up call this will also show in yellow but will be under the heading “Follow Up Calls”, These calls will also have a little black and white flag on them.
To load a message you will need to click on (load Message)
If there are loads of calls showing in dispatch and you only want to view the ones for a certain client, click on the clients name in the summary
If you are looking for a specific call in dispatch you can also click on the call details in the summary to only display the call you are looking for, for example if the site address or postcode is showing clicking on this will only display the call for that site.
If you click on the any field in the message and there is more than one message with these details then all messages with the information that you have clicked on will be displayed. For Example if there is more than one call with the company name “This is a test” then all calls with this company name will be displayed
