Referring JAM's range of telephone answering services to your clients gives the benefit of adding an extra revenue stream to your business. Within your dedicated client portal are referral links where you can recommend our pureJAM and answer.co.uk services. For every client you refer to us, you will receive a 5% commission on all payments.

You don’t even have to be a customer of JAM to benefit from referring our services. Simply sign up to answer.co.uk and you will find your referral links on the admin homepage checklist.

We can also offer a full ‘white label’ service for any business that has a minimum of 20 clients they require JAM to answer calls for. Reselling will expand your portfolio of services to like-minded businesses with similar and complementary services such as companies who provide virtual offices, mailing addresses and virtual phone numbers, or indeed any business with a client book full of SMEs. JAM also works with other telephone answering services looking to outsource their clients who require message taking out of hours.

JAM's White Label Telephone Answering Service allows your clients to sign up to a fully branded portal which is easy to set up and gives your own clients the impression that you are taking care of their answering requirements. We will provide 01, 03 and 0207/0208 or non-geographical numbers (0800, 0845 and 0870) for you to distribute to your clients for either their own use or to divert their existing calls to.

Sign up is fast and simple and you can even generate accounts from an existing sign up page within your site for other value-added services you sell. Costs are dependent on a number of factors, including amount of information captured and whether you require call patching for your clients.
